Actor and dancer Raghav Juyal is set to make his Telugu debut with Nani-starrer ‘The Paradise’, following the attention he received for his performance as the antagonist in the action thriller ‘Kill’. Ahead of the film’s release, Juyal has opened up about his experience of working in the Telugu film industry, praising the way filmmakers and technicians come together to celebrate the craft.

According to a report by IANS, Juyal said his experience on ‘The Paradise’ gave him a new perspective on filmmaking. He was particularly impressed by the respect shown to every individual involved in a production, including technicians working behind the scenes.“I have realised one thing, which I want to show in my work and in my place, that people celebrate and respect cinema so much over there. I had tears in my eyes when I saw how they respect each and every technician. They respect even the sound engineer; each and every audience knew who he was,” he said.The actor added that the experience went beyond simply working on a film, as he felt the people around him were genuinely invested in celebrating the filmmaking process.

Reflecting on what stood out to him during his time in the Telugu film industry, Juyal said, “They don’t just come there to finish off their work. They are there to celebrate cinema. And that’s what I learned.”The actor also credited ‘The Paradise’ director Srikanth Odela for influencing his experience on the project. Juyal affectionately refers to the filmmaker as “Srikanth Dada” and has spoken warmly about his association with the director.

In ‘The Paradise’, Juyal plays Vikram Maalik, a negative character in the period action drama. He shares the screen with Telugu veteran Mohan Babu, who plays Shikanja Malik.The project marks an important addition to Juyal’s filmography as he expands into Telugu cinema after establishing himself as an actor and dancer across Hindi-language projects.

Directed by Srikanth Odela, ‘The Paradise’ stars Nani in the lead role and features Raghav Juyal, Mohan Babu, Kayadu Lohar, Sonali Kulkarni and Sampoornesh Babu in key roles. Keerthy Suresh is also set to make a special appearance in a song. The period action drama is scheduled to release theatrically on September 24, 2026, with special shows planned for the evening of September 23. The film is being released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, English, Bengali and Spanish.
